Before we tell the winners at Browns Run I need to put out a warning for the golfers who are getting their entries in past the deadline. You will be locked out if you don’t get your entry in on time. All entries are due 10 days prior to the date of play. Some golfers are constantly getting later & later. Don’t be shutout in the future. I am not going to call late participants to see if they are playing. If you have a problem and mail it late give me a call and let me know. We don’t have that many players and I don’t want to exclude anymore. Our last tournament at Wildwood will be on October 6, 2018. This was a change due to scheduling conflict. Please note the different date.

The next tournament will be held at Walden Ponds on Saturday August 15, 2018 and Sunday August 16, 2018 at Armco Park. Saturdays tee times are around 10:39 and Sunday will be around 9:00.The deadline for the tournament will be Wednesday September 5, 2018 . Entry fees are $53 for Saturday and $35 for Sunday plus side games. Carts are additional at Armco Park.

 

On Sunday we will play Armco Park with times starting around 9:00. The format for this tournament is a two man best ball with players receiving half of their handicap. Entry fee is $35 for golfers.  Like always there will be closest to the pins on every hole.  Also you sign up as individuals and will pick your partner when you finish.  Pairings will be threesomes determined by blind draw. On Sunday the format will be a 2 man best ball. You can sign up as a twosome for this tournament.  Like always there will be hamburgers & hot dogs after the Armco Park tourney.      

Remember the Wildwood tournament is on October 6, 2018. This is a quick turnaround after the September tourneys.

 

Also the last 3 tournaments will count as double net points for the year end totals.
