The August tournament was rescheduled from Heatherwoode to Browns Run. This happened because Heatherwoode didn’t put us in their books and scheduled another group where we should have been. The other group had more than a 100 players and Heatherwoode staff acted as if we didn’t exist. This is the second time Heatherwoode has drilled our group with booking issues. The same thing happened a couple of years ago at Beckett Ridge.

The next tournament will be held at Armco Park on Saturday August 16, 2017 and Sunday August 17, 2017 at Walden Ponds. Saturdays tee times are around 9:00 and Sunday will be around 12:00.The deadline for the tournament will be Wednesday September 6, 2017 . Entry fees are $35 for Saturday and $53 for Sunday.

On Saturday we will play Armco Park with times starting around 9:00. The format for this tournament is a two man best ball with players receiving half of their handicap. Entry fee is $35 for golfers.  Like always there will be closest to the pins on every hole.  Also you sign up as individuals and will pick your partner when you finish.  On Sunday the format will be a 2 man best ball. You can sign up as a twosome for this tournament.        

Also the last 3 tournaments will count as double net points for the year end totals.
