The Weatherwax Tournament may have been the last MAGA played at Weatherwax Golf Course. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting pretty dim as we get closer to the November 6, 2016 shutdown date.

 The next tournament will be held at Elks Run Golf Course. The date of this tournament will be September 17th with tee times starting around 12:00 PM. The format of this tourney will be a 4 man double best ball. The deadline for the tournament will be Wednesday September 7, 2016 . Entry fee for this tournament is $50.
You can sign up as a twosome or a foursome.

On Sunday September 18, 2016 we will play Armco Park with times starting around 9:00. The format for this tournament is a two man best ball with players receiving half of their handicap. Entry fee is $35 for golfers. Like always there will be closest to the pins on every hole. Also you sign up as individuals and will pick your partner when you finish.

The remainder of the tournaments will be as follows:

The cost of that tournament will be $55. The format of that tournament will be a two man best ball. You will sign up as an individual and will be a blind draw for partners. Unlike Armco Park you will play with your partner.

Also our annual golf trip to Florida is being planned. We usually play 6 days of golf. There are usually 16 golfers. The cost is around $1000 if anyone is interested. The trip will be mid to late February. That cost includes all golf, lodging and prize money. If interested say something to me at the September Tourneys. Down payment will be needed soon after that when the number of people are determined and the date.
