MAGA

September
2011

Some people have voiced their opinion on the distance of the tees we play for MAGA. In trying to appease the majority of the group we will not separate and play different tees except for the men and women’s tees. Some people because of their age feel they should play the senior tees. Others feel because their handicaps are above 20 they should also play the upper tees. What about the players that are short hitters, do we let them play the front tees also? Or what about the big hitters do we scoot them back to the tips? Where does this stop? So in order to maintain consistency we will continue to play the same tees. If this decision is not acceptable to you I am sorry. Maybe we should play the front tees 1 tournament and also play the tips at another course to see if it matters.
