The May Tournaments of the 2010  year were held at Blue Ash & Beckett Ridge on days that were beautiful but in two different ways. Saturday was warm and sunny with Sunday being overcast and very comfortable.

Remember if you are unable to play after your entry has been submitted you may lose your money.

With Rich Mealey getting the stomach virus and unable to play either day, Steve Harrison got a real partner, Bret Yenser, and they won a share of first place both days. Steve has received calls to see if he is available for future tournaments.

Saturdays Tourney was a tie between Steve Harrison / Bret Yenser & George Lackens / Ken Parker.

Sundays Tourney was won by Steve Harrison / Bret Yenser / Tim Smiley & Dan Price.

It goes to show you even with Dan Price shooting a 99 his team was still able to win Sundays Tourney by 6 strokes.

The next tournament will be held at Hueston Woods on Saturday June 12th with tee times starting around 9:00 AM. The format of this tourney is a 2 MAN both balls. Sign up as a twosome or a foursome. The price of this tourney is $45. This price of $45 does not include a cart or range balls. The deadline for this tourney is June 2, 2010. You can walk if you want too.

Handicaps are the responsibility of the individuals. I do not post scores for your USGA handicaps. You must do that yourself. We do occasionally check to see if some of our people post scores. If someone continues to stay at a higher handicap in their USGA without posting all their scores we will question their handicaps and adjust if necessary.  If you don’t have a paid USGA handicap by this tourney your handicap will not be adjusted up at all and may be reduced. People who do not have a paid handicap from here on out will not receive the adjusted handicaps to the course rating we play.
