The final tournament of the year 2007 ended with the team of Darrell Townsend,  Chris Wyler, Bob Kruger and Bill Watkins winning with a score of -17, 196. There were no guests allowed to play in the last tournament of the year because of extra monies that were distributed. This didn’t go to well with some people but we are trying to get members to play throughout the year and not on the last tournament at their local course or when we have extra funds. We never turn down a new member during the year unless their entry is after the deadline. The first tournament for next year will be played 1n March  at a site to be determined.

We hope we can get a few new members for 2007.  We did get a few new members this year but also lost some of the past ones who played most of the tournaments. There were a little more than 70 members for this year. We averaged about 35 players per tournament but would like to get that number up to about 48 if we can.

The last tourney of the year there were 28 players with 23 of them cashing in the prizes. The five who did not cash were:

This concludes the schedule for the 2007 season. Hope to see all of you next year in the MAGA. The tournaments will run from March through October in the year 2008. Starting out the first tournament people who previously had e-mails will continue to get them, people who were mailed, will be sent in the mail. This information will be sent out sometime around the beginning of March. You can send in your membership fee with that entry.
