Entry fee is $40 per person for a single day
or $75 per person for both days
-- includes greens fee and prize fund --

Format: Sat - Individual Net
                      Sun - 2 Man 9-Hole Scramble, 9-Hole Alternating Shot

Entries must be received by Wednesday August 31st!
This means entries must be at the PO BOX by this date.

Sign up as an individual for Saturday.
Sign-up as a twosome for Sunday . 
Foursomes will be determined both days by a blind draw.
